We carry out chemical testing at various stages in the water products manufacturing before supply in our well equipped laboratory. We have quality control at every stage of production. A team of quality assurance is fully committed to quality assurance and R&D related to water products. To ensure and maintain the high quality, samples of our raw water are sent to third-party certified laboratory for testing on a weekly basis, while the regular chemical testing is carried out in our laboratory prior to the water being processed for manufacturing various water products. All of our water products supplied are in accordance with International Quality Standard (ISO) specifications. Material Safety Data Sheets and Certificates of Analysis are available for all of our water products on request. Our quality assurance team assures quality of product being supplied to all our clients, at the same time our expertise in various departments ensures quality in services, production and logistics all the time.We review various aspects of our operation which interact with the environment. We are very much concerned for our use of energy, the generation of waste and its management, transport and spill management.

Good Manufacturing Practice

protoin hicare bases its production on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and adopts these principles throughout its processes. All company staff is trained in GMP awareness to highlight the consequences of contaminated, incorrect or wrongly labeled products. All working areas are cleared before any new process begins and also on completion of each batch of product. Operators are required to take responsibility for their own working areas and sign documentation to confirm its cleanliness. Paperwork is completed using GMP and for batch manufacturing records has the following benefits of being Consistent, Controlled, Accurate, Reconcilable and Traceable. All labels are printed in house with batch number, manufacturing date, and expiry date as a part of a strict releasing system to ensure correct labeling. A sample of each batch is retained and stored for 2-3 years. The batch wide analysis records are maintained to check and monitor variation in quality and maximum shelf life of the products.

Goods Delivery Information

protoin hicare strives to offer the best possible service to our clients. We have the ability to ship our water products throughout India and abroad. 
We try to dispatch all orders placed online or over the telephone within 2-3 working days. We have our own vehicles to deliver within our local reach. At the same time we have own distributor network all over India where from the fresh products stock is available for immediate dispatch.

Return of Goods

Any products which have been incorrectly supplied or have been damaged in transportation, you must inform protoin hicare with 7 days of the delivery date. The incorrect supply will be checked and verify to ensure that is being genuinely supplied by our company personal. These items will be exchanged with suitable replacements where possible, else a refund will be offered.

Any products that do not meet the stated specification would have to be reported within 28 days of receiving the delivery. The returned product will be exchanged with suitable replacement.
